The customer shall not use or utilize the service for :

(i) persistently sending messages without good reason causing any threat, harassment, annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety to any person whomsoever.
(ii) gaining or attempting to gain access to any computer systems connected to Internet or to any private information or resources without the written approval of the owners or holders of the rights to such systems, information or resources.
(iii) infringing any copyright or other intellectual property rights to any information or resources.
(iv) in contravention of Emirates Internet Acceptable Use policy.
(v) any other criminal or unlawful purpose such as but not limited to vice, gambling or obscenity or for carrying out any activity which is contrary to the social, cultural, political, economical or religious values of the UAE.
(vi)any purpose which is contrary to or conflicting with such regulatory rules or policies as are issued by Etisalat from time to time.
The use of Internet Protocol (IP) switches/Software for voice telephony and facsimile transmission is not permissible. Individuals and companies fraying to bypass Etisalat Telephone Network and trying to send fax and voice through the use of IP Switches/Software shall be deemed to be committing an offence under the UAE Law. Legal action will be takes against suppliers trying to sell such equipment in the market and they will be blacklisted by Etisalat.

1. TCP Port 6670 (decimal) to remote system: The port used to connect to the Internet Phone Servers.
2. UDP Port 22555 (decimal). All audio is passed through this port on both local and remote machine.
3. TCP Port 25793 (decimal) to remote system: The port used to connect to the Addressing Server(for Version 4 & 5).
4. TCP Port 1490. This port is for the Conference engine (whiteboard/chat/file transfer)(for Version 4 & 5).
