Subject: Internet degraded performance. 

Dear Customer,

This is to inform you that due to a major Flag cable problem between
EMIX (Etisalat UAE) and New york. KEMS Internet services experienced 
degraded performance from 07:20hrs to 10:50hrs on 2nd October 2000.

In addition to above ICQ, IRC and FTP services over Internet experienced
degraded performance due to Routing issue at Emix (Etisalat UAE),
which was rectified by Emix Engineers and the services were back to normal 
at 14:20 hours.

We appreciate your co-operation & understanding in this regard.
